Dr.-Ing. Abdullah Kallash is a Project Director and Program Manager with over 20 years of international experience delivering major infrastructure and development projects across Europe and the Middle East. His career spans transportation, rail, underground and utility infrastructure, including leadership roles on Stuttgart 21 and Deutsche Bahn projects in Germany, as well as strategic developments such as AlUla and NEOM in Saudi Arabia. He combines a strong engineering background with extensive experience in project governance, commercial and contract management, risk management, and multidisciplinary team leadership. His experience covers the project lifecycle from engineering and design through construction and handover, with a consistent focus on schedule, cost, quality, safety, and client objectives. Working across complex stakeholder environments, Dr. Kallash brings together technical credibility, commercial awareness, and pragmatic leadership to drive the successful delivery of major infrastructure and energy-related projects.
